Multinational company of reference in the market is recruiting a Accounts Payable Analyst.

Descrição

• Perform day to day management of all invoices received;

• Ensure the Booking invoices and debit notes from third-part vendors and Intercompany invoices & debit notes;

• Ensure Booking of travel expenses approval and matching of invoices with Receipts;

• Preparation and analysis of payments to vendors;

• Vendor accounts reconciliation & management;

• Month end reports;

• Manage travel expenses controls;

• Ensure Vendor master data updates;

• Liaise and answer queries from internal and external vendors.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or similar;

-Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position; -Good knowldge of SAP (is a plus);

• Good English level;

• Analytical & Problem Solving;

• Communication & Presentation;-Implementation & Result Orientation;-Team Work.
